Join to apply for the Workday Certified Talent Consultant role at Mercer.

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Digital Solutions team at Mercer. This role is based anywhere in the United States.

Responsibilities include:

1. Leading design sessions with clients to gather requirements and document key decisions.
2. Managing all stages of the project lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment.
3. Translating business requirements for Talent configuration.
4. Providing guidance to clients on best practices.
5. Continuously developing as a consultant and Workday practitioner, sharing knowledge with the team.
6. Collaborating with Mercer’s HR Transformation community to enhance client experience.

Minimum qualifications:

• Workday Talent certification is required.
• At least 2 years of functional Workday Talent implementation experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion for customer service and collaboration.

Preferred qualifications:

• Workday Learning certification and experience.
• Fluency in Spanish.

The salary range for this role is $111,600 to $223,200, determined by experience and qualifications. Additional incentives and a comprehensive benefits package are offered.
