Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years outstanding academic achievement (minimum 3.3 GPA) required.
• 1+ years relevant work or internship experience preferred.
• 3+ years demonstrated leadership, learning ability, and teamwork required.
• 1+ years eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future required.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights.
• Build dashboards/reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Support workforce planning, talent analytics, and diversity metrics reporting.
• Formulate hypotheses and design analytical approaches to HR challenges.
• Translate complex data into actionable insights for HR and leadership.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead or support HR projects across functions (talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation).
• Develop project plans, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of outcomes.
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
• Participate in rotations to gain broad exposure across HR areas.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
