Job summary

KeyBank is seeking an HR Analytics Rotational Analyst to join a multi-month program designed to develop future HR leaders with strong analytical and project management skills. You will rotate through HR Technology & Analytics and COEs, building dashboards, analyzing data, and supporting workforce planning.

The role emphasizes turning data insights into HR improvements, partnering with cross-functional teams, and delivering timely outcomes across multiple HR disciplines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, analytics, statistics, etc. (required)
• 3+ years outstanding academic achievement (minimum 3.3 GPA) (required)
• 1+ years relevant work or internship experience (preferred)
• 3+ years demonstrated leadership, learning ability, and teamwork (required)
• 1+ years eligibility to work permanently in the U.S. without sponsorship (required)

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze HR data to uncover trends and insights.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Support workforce planning, talent analytics, and diversity metrics reporting.
• Formulate hypotheses and design analytical approaches to solve HR challenges.
• Translate data into actionable insights for HR and leaders.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to drive data-informed decisions.
• Lead or support HR projects across different functions (e.g., TA, L&D, compensation).
• Develop project plans, track milestones, ensure timely delivery.
• Communicate project progress and results to stakeholders.
• Participate in structured rotations across key HR areas.
• Contribute to strategic initiatives and process improvements.
• Perform other duties as assigned; may change with notice.
