Job summary

The International Monetary Fund (IMF) seeks a Project Analyst in the Client Services Unit of the HR department. You will support HR metrics, data gathering, and analysis, partnering with HR Business Partners and Strategic HR Partners to advance HR initiatives.

Ideal candidates have strong Excel and HR data management skills, familiarity with Power BI, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment within the Washington, DC area.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in MS Excel, including basic functions and formulas.
• Proficiency in HR data management, organization, and visualization.
• Proficiency in software for analytics and data presentation (e.g., Power BI).
• Understands AI concepts, AI landscape, strengths and limitations.
• Ability to integrate AI into workflows with structured thinking and prompting.
• Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support on HR metrics including diversity, staffing trends, and performance data.
• Contribute to design and support implementation of HR initiatives for an open environment.
• Support day-to-day recruitment activities, documentation, Workday entries, and stakeholder follow-ups.
• Support job change transactions, track end dates, and perform extensions.
• Prepare materials for ATME, recruitment, and talent reviews.
• Perform Workday transactions for LTXs, VSs, and other contractual staff as specified.
