The role will drive dashboard design, analytics projects, and cross-functional collaboration to improve associate experience and operational efficiency, while ensuring sustainable HR outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in analytics or related field
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of HR, payroll and related data to identify trends and root causes
• Coordinate design and development of dashboards, reports, and visual aids for HR clients and business leaders
• Apply project management methodologies to ensure timely communication and delivery of analytics initiatives
• Support hiring and onboarding of new team members and coach team on performance
