Qualifications

• Must be eighteen years of age or older.
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau/PowerBI) and BI software.
• Experience with cloud data platforms and relational databases (e.g., Google BigQuery, SQL databases).
• Familiarity with generative AI tools for automating reporting and data storytelling is a plus.
• Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical models and communicate findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead analyses of HR, Payroll and related data to identify trends and root causes.
• Design, develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual aids for HR clients and leaders.
• Manage projects with stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and change management for sustainability.
• Support onboarding and development of team members and foster a results-driven culture.
