Job summary

Brambles is seeking an experienced Power BI and HR analytics specialist to transform complex HR data into actionable insights and deliver global HR reporting and dashboards. You will design visualizations and data models that drive workforce decisions across the Brambles Group.

You will partner with stakeholders across HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams, developing data-driven solutions and enabling smarter, data-backed decisions. This hybrid role offers growth in people analytics.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI development with data modeling and dashboards.
• Experience analyzing HR data and workforce planning.
• Experience with Workday and HR systems is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain Power BI dashboards for global HR metrics.
• Translate business needs into intuitive visualizations and insights.
• Build robust data models, measures, and KPIs in Power BI and Workday.
• Automate reporting processes and deliver regular KPI reports.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams across geographies.
• Provide training and support on analytics tools to stakeholders.
