CHEP is seeking a Power BI expert to join the People Analytics team to deliver HR reporting, analytics, and dashboards across the Brambles Group. You will design and enhance Power BI dashboards, build data models, and partner with stakeholders to enable data-driven workforce decisions.

The role emphasizes data visualization, analytics, and automated reporting, with knowledge of Workday or HR systems as a plus, and a hybrid remote work model in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience building Power BI dashboards and analytics in a business setting.
• Strong data visualization, dashboard design, and storytelling skills.
• Knowledge of HR, payroll, and finance data processes and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for HR and business stakeholders.
