You will collaborate with HRBPs, managers, and recruiters to translate complex metrics into plain language, shaping benchmarking, equity budgeting, and data quality improvements across the org.

Qualifications

• Four or more years in people analytics, HR analytics, or a comparable data-focused role.
• Hands-on SQL for pulling, shaping, validating, and investigating data.
• Dashboard building in Tableau or an equivalent BI tool with real adoption.
• Partner's instinct with system and operations owners, reconciling metrics and explaining results plainly.
