Job summary

Nucor Corporation is seeking an HR Analytics & Insights Supervisor to lead enterprise reporting, workforce analytics, data governance, and analytics solutions. You will build capabilities that strengthen operational excellence and enable informed business decisions across the HR function.

You will collaborate with business leaders and cross‑functional teams to define metrics, deliver forward‑looking insights, and guide the HR analytics agenda while coaching a growing team to high performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience developing analytics, workforce metrics, dashboards, reporting or BI solutions.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related equivalent education/experience.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Nucor's HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, workforce metrics, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards, workforce metrics, data governance, and KPI definitions to ensure trusted, consistent, and actionable workforce data.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver reporting, insights, and forward-looking analytics that support informed business decisions.
• Identify and implement automation, AI, and emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and advance Nucor's HR analytics capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Analytics & Insights team while actively contributing to team priorities and driving continuous improvement.

Basic Job Functions

The HR Analytics & Insights Supervisor will lead and actively contribute to Nucor's HR enterprise reporting, workforce analytics, data governance, and analytics solutions. This role is responsible for developing analytics capabilities that strengthen operational excellence and enable informed business decisions. The role of the HR Analytics & Insights Supervisor includes but is not limited to:

• Lead development and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of Nucor's HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, workforce metrics, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards, workforce metrics, data governance, and KPI definitions to ensure trusted, consistent, and actionable workforce data.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing analytics, workforce metrics, dashboards, reporting or business intelligence solutions.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related equivalent education/experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Power BI, or other reporting and business intelligence tools.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to translate reporting and analytics needs into practical data solutions.
• Experience implementing process automation or AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience presenting workforce analytics and insights to support business decision-making.
