Qualifications

• Experience leading a team.
• Minimum 3 years of experience developing analytics, workforce metrics, dashboards, reporting or business intelligence solutions.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Finance, Information Systems, Analytics, or related equivalent education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of HR reporting, analytics, dashboards, workforce metrics, and self-service reporting capabilities.
• Establish and maintain reporting standards, workforce metrics, data governance, and KPI definitions to ensure trusted, consistent, and actionable workforce data.
• Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to understand workforce needs and deliver reporting, insights, and forward-looking analytics that support informed business decisions.
• Identify and implement automation, AI, and emerging technologies that improve operational efficiency and advance HR analytics capabilities.
• Lead, coach, and develop the HR Analytics & Insights team while actively contributing to team priorities and driving continuous improvement.

• Experience presenting workforce analytics and insights to support business decision-making.
