Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required. If no degree, equivalent work experience is required.
• With a bachelor's degree: 2 years of experience in analytical, data analysis or technology role; HR experience preferred.
• Without a bachelor's degree: 4 years of continuous experience in analytical, data analysis or technology role; HR experience strongly preferred.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred.
• Intermediate level experience: Financial Analysis, Statistical Analysis, Data visualization and storytelling, MS Office Suite, and Document Management.
• Advanced MS Excel knowledge is required.
• Beginner knowledge with Qlik Designer and data mining preferred.
• Must understand complex relationships and requirements; possess advanced problem-solving skills.
• Ability to drive process change and adapt to system/business requirement changes quickly.
• Must combine data from multiple systems and handle missing data to draw conclusions; collaboration and communication are essential.
• Experience with project management is preferred; strong critical thinking and process focus are needed.
• Regular, predictable attendance is essential; willingness to travel and undergo background checks and drug screening are required.

Responsibilities

• Execute established analytical processes (trending, forecasting, reporting) and maintain HR dashboards for leadership.
• Data gathering and research, independently and as part of a team.
• Ad hoc reporting and analysis.
• Prepare presentations synthesizing findings and recommendations; collaborate with HR leaders to develop metrics.
• Document and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for HR processes related to labor agreements.
• Audit data accuracy and propose controls to reduce non-compliance; support training materials and change control.
• Manage centralized documentation for collective bargaining agreements and policies; rollout new features and document offerings.
• Validate and report on Collective Bargaining Agreement terms and conditions.
