California State University, Long Beach (CSULB) invites applications for a Personnel Analyst open to current CSULB employees. Under the FM HR Services Manager, the incumbent supports all HR activities for Financial Management, including Recruitment, Classification, Compensation, Performance Evaluations, Leaves and related HR functions.

This temporary, 1-year position is full-time (40 hours per week) based in Long Beach.

Qualifications

• Equivalent to a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and two years of related experience required.
• Prior CSU experience preferred; PeopleSoft experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supports Recruitment, Classification, Compensation, Performance Evaluations, Leaves and related HR functions.
• Oversees student recruitment and compensation processes.
