Under the general direction of the Administrative Services Manager(ASM), the incumbent assists ASM in managing the fiscal and personnel operations within the College of Business (COB). The incumbent is responsible to ensure University and system-wide policies and procedures are followed for all COB's funds: Generalfund (GF), Course Fee (CF), Instructionally Related Activities(IRA), Lottery, College of Professional International EducationRevenue (CERF),Reimbursed Activities, other Trust funds and campusauxiliary funds such as Research Foundation, Long Beach StateFoundation, Beach Shops and Associated Students Inc.

Equivalent to a bachelor's degree in a related field and threeyears of related experience required. Years of experience can besubstituted for a bachelor's degree on a year-for-year basis.
Sedentary work - Involves mainly sitting. Walkingand standing are minimal. Lifting is limited to lightweight objects(10 pounds or less).
