Responsibilities
Recruitment Process Management & Execution: Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and stakeholders to help manage, execute, and optimize the recruitment processes, ensuring timely and efficient talent acquisition.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics to track recruitment performance, identify trends, and provide insights to stakeholders.
Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute recruitment-related projects, such as process improvements, system implementations, and training initiatives.
System Administration: Provide technical support for recruitment systems, including applicant tracking systems (ATS), candidate management tools, and other HR technology platforms.
Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards related to talent acquisition.
Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, provide support, and drive talent acquisition strategies.
