Qualifications

• 2–4 years of HR analytics or related experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for reporting and dashboards.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration is required; HR/compensation certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyze, and support administration of corporate benefit plans and programs; monitor industry trends and compliance impact.
• Analyze and support compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, pay structures, and manager guidance with HR leadership.
• Build and maintain HR Metrics and HR Scorecard reporting using Power BI to deliver actionable workforce insights.
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and analyze market competitiveness, pay equity, and trends.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions and support job architecture initiatives; prepare clear management reports on findings.
• Provide financial and data analysis across HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Development; support HRIS data integrity and HR Transformation priorities.

National Corporate Housing is seeking an HR Analyst to provide analytical, reporting, and program support across Benefits, Compensation, HR Operations, and Talent Development. This hybrid role is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and partners across HR and the business to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant workforce insights.

Expectations for Success:

• Research, analyze, and support the administration of corporate benefit plans and programs, including monitoring industry and legislative trends and assessing potential compliance impact.
• Analyze and support compensation programs, including base pay, incentives, pay structures, and manager guidance in partnership with HR leadership.
• Build and maintain NCH's HR Metrics and HR Scorecard reporting, using Power BI to develop dashboards and actionable workforce insights for HR and business leaders.
• Participate in compensation and benefits surveys and analyze market competitiveness, pay equity, and compensation trends.
• Develop and maintain job descriptions, support NCH's job architecture initiatives, and prepare clear management reports on compensation and benefits findings.
• Provide financial and data analysis across HR Operations, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Development while supporting HRIS data integrity, accurate recordkeeping, and HR Transformation priorities.

Who You Are:

• Two to four years of related experience in HR analytics, compensation, benefits, or financial analysis.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development is required.
• Working knowledge of compensation and benefits administration principles, with the ability to research and synthesize survey and market data.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, advanced attention to detail, sound judgment, and discretion with sensitive associate data.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is required; pursuit of an HR or compensation certification is encouraged.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across HR functional areas and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
