Job summary

National Corporate Housing is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own accurate, timely payroll processing across our U.S., EMEA, and APAC operations. This hybrid role is based in Greenwood Village, Colorado, reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer, and partners closely with Finance and in-country payroll providers. Expectations for Success: 4–7 years of payroll processing experience including multi-state U.S.

payroll and international payroll in EMEA/APAC. CPP certification is required.

  • Experience with UKG platforms or similar systems.
  • Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Process U.S. multi-state payroll and coordinate end-to-end payroll for UK, Ireland, Singapore, and the Philippines using UKG WFM Pro, UKG Pro Payroll, and in-country providers/PEOs.
  • Administer payroll taxes, statutory remittances, wage garnishments, child support orders, tax levies, voluntary deductions, and final pay requirements.
  • Manage timekeeping, validate payroll data, resolve exceptions, and respond to associate and manager questions with accuracy, discretion, and urgency.
  • Prepare payroll journal entries and reconcile payroll-related general ledger accounts across multiple entities and currencies in partnership with Accounting and Finance.
  • Lead year-end and statutory reporting, support payroll audits and SOX-related controls testing, and maintain complete payroll records and documentation.
  • Monitor wage-hour and payroll requirements across operating jurisdictions and contribute to system enhancements and global payroll standardization.

National Corporate Housing is seeking a Payroll Specialist to own accurate, timely, and compliant payroll processing across our U.S., EMEA, and APAC operations. Who You Are:

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification is required.
  • Four to seven years of payroll processing experience, including multi-state U.S. payroll and hands-on international payroll experience in EMEA and APAC.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state, and local payroll tax withholding, deposits, filings, wage-hour compliance, garnishments, and other court-ordered withholdings.
  • Experience with UKG WFM Pro and UKG Pro Payroll, or comparable workforce management and payroll platforms.
  • Working knowledge of payroll journal entries, payroll accounting, and general ledger reconciliation across multiple entities or currencies.
  • Advanced attention to detail, confidentiality, analytical judgment, organization, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines across time zones.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
