Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in human resources or 5 years of direct HR experience.
• Experience: Four years of progressive HR experience in employee relations.
• Certifications: SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to management and staff on employee relations and performance management.
• Advise front-line leaders on coaching, staff support, and policy interpretation.
• Support talent management and retention initiatives with Regional HRBP guidance.
• Administer termination paperwork and conduct exit interviews.
• Investigate employee relations issues with thorough documentation.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR policies.
