Job summary

IDR, Inc. is seeking an HR Advisor to join our team in Boston, MA. You will serve as a trusted first point of contact for employees and managers, delivering timely, high-quality support across HR programs and transactions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

You will resolve inquiries, guide users of HR self-service tools, and support the employee lifecycle while maintaining confidential records and driving process improvements across the HR function.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting HR operations and responding to employee inquiries across benefits, policies, and HR programs with a customer-first mindset.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms such as PeopleSoft and Workday (healthcare experience preferred).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address routine to moderately complex issues using sound technical and cross-functional knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to demonstrate empathy in difficult interpersonal situations.
• High attention to detail with the ability to process data quickly, multitask effectively, and maintain quality in all interactions and transactions.

Responsibilities
