Job summary

Electronic Imaging Materials, Inc. (EIM) is seeking a Human Resource Administrator to manage payroll, onboarding, benefits, HRIS, and employee support in a collaborative small-business environment.

You will work with the HR Manager on key projects, assist in training, compliance, and reporting, and help promote a positive employee experience through engagement initiatives and effective communication.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in HR, business or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS is preferred.
• Familiarity with BambooHR or similar HRIS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly payroll and audit timecards for accuracy.
• Administer benefits enrollments, changes, and terminations.
• Manage HRIS and payroll platforms, including reporting and data audits.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Support recruitment and full-cycle hiring processes.
• Assist training and compliance documentation and audits.
