Responsibilities

• Coordinate hiring and onboarding activities for the site, including scheduling interviews, pre-employment screenings, and onboarding documentation.
• Maintain and update HR systems and employee files, including hires, changes, pay updates, and terminations.
• Process payroll in ADP for hourly and exempt employees, ensuring accuracy with wage rules.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding lifecycle, including setup, orientation, and exit paperwork.
• Create and maintain personnel files in compliance with regulations.
• Provide first-level benefits support and policy guidance to employees.
