Job summary

Gatorland Inc. is seeking an organized Human Resources Administrator to support park operations with clerical HR tasks, records maintenance, interview coordination, and reporting for the HR Director.

The role requires at least two years of HR experience, an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), strong MS Office skills, and Paylocity familiarity. Weekend coverage during peak seasons is expected; starting wage is $55,000 with benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum two years HR experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Paylocity experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Park Directors with clerical and administrative tasks.
• Maintain employee records and anniversary/review calendars.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare standard reports for Board and management.
• Manage employee benefits and ACA compliance.
• Assist with new hire orientation and onboarding.
