The HR Administrator is a hybrid role responsible for supporting core HR operations—including payroll, benefits administration, and generalist‑level HR support—while also providing administrative assistance to the CEO. This position combines the responsibilities of an HR Coordinator and a junior HR Generalist, with a strong operational focus and high attention to detail. It plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of HR processes while supporting executive‑level administrative needs in a fast‑paced medical device environment.
Compensation
Range: $30‑35/hour. Compensation is based on job‑related knowledge, skills, experience, education, certifications, internal equity, and market conditions. This position may also be eligible for annual bonus and/or other incentive compensation.
