MasterBrand Cabinets LLC is seeking an HR Administrator to deliver administrative support to the Human Resources function in a manufacturing environment. You will maintain employee records, assist onboarding and payroll coordination, and support benefits and attendance processes.

You will partner with supervisors and the HR Manager to ensure compliant HR practices, accurate reporting, and a positive associates experience, while leveraging MS Office and HRIS in daily tasks.

This position is responsible for maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes, coordinating HR programs and communications, assisting with payroll and attendance administration, supporting recruiting activities, and helping ensure compliance with company policies and employment practices. The HR Administrator plays a critical role in delivering exceptional service to associates and supports a positive employee experience.**YOUR ROLE:**· Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, procedures, benefits, attendance, and general HR matters.· Coordinate and support onboarding activities, including new hire paperwork, orientation, employment documentation, and system setup.· Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.· Assist with attendance tracking, reporting, leave administration, and related employee documentation.· Support payroll processes by reviewing employee data, processing employment changes, and coordinating information with payroll partners.· Prepare reports, presentations, communications, and metrics related to staffing, attendance, turnover, and other HR initiatives.· Support recruiting activities by posting jobs, reviewing applications, conducting initial phone screens, scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate communications, and assisting with pre-employment processes.· Partner with hiring managers and the Human Resources Manager to ensure positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.· Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, surveys, and plant communication efforts.· Assist with training coordination, recordkeeping, and compliance documentation.· Partner with supervisors and leadership to ensure consistency in HR processes and practices.· Maintain HR files and documentation in accordance with legal and company requirements.· Develops in-depth knowledge of all MasterBrand strategic business units.
