Job summary

Zenix Aerospace seeks a Human Resources Assistant at Jet Products in San Diego, CA. The role supports HR operations, coordinates employee engagement activities, and handles routine admin tasks, records, and onboarding processes.

You will interact with management and staff, maintain confidentiality, and help refine HR processes to improve accuracy and efficiency. A Bachelor’s degree and HR certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of basic HR procedures.
• Experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Must be detail oriented and accurate.
• Ability to solve problems and take initiative.
• Clear verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Performs day-to-day administrative tasks (filing, paperwork).
• Prepares HR documents and reports using word processing, spreadsheets, databases.
• Processes and maintains personnel documents.
• Updates HRIS (ADP, Kronos) with employee data changes.
• Supports recruitment by screening applicants and preparing paperwork.
• Coordinates employee engagement activities and events.
