Greenwich House, Inc. in New York City seeks an entry-level HR Administrative Assistant to support recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and records management within the HR team.
This onsite role is 35 hours/week, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at 623 Broadway, NY 10012, reporting to the Director of Human Resources, People and Culture. You’ll handle confidential information and collaborate across HR functions.

Greenwich House is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources team. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone looking to build a career in Human Resources while supporting the day-to-day operations that keep our HR department running smoothly. The HR Administrative Assistant will provide essential support across recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, records management, and general administrative functions, working closely with the HR team to ensure a positive and well-organized experience for staff throughout the employee lifecycle.

The expected base salary for this position is $50,000 annually. This range reflects the anticipated compensation at the time of this posting and may be adjusted based on experience, education, and organizational needs.
