What You’ll Do:

Under the direction of the VP of HR, the HR Assistant is chiefly responsible for all HR-related tasks including pre-hire screening and onboarding of new hires, conducting payroll processing activities, coordinating administration of all office activities and equipment maintenance, and providing support to the VP of Human Resources. As the first point of contact for all HR-related inquiries and requests, the HR Assistant must have excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Education AND Experience

  • HS diploma required and two + years of HR experience in an administrative role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Organizational Development or Psychology preferred
  • A valid North Carolina or South Carolina Driver's License.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
