Job summary

Shimadzu Medical Systems is seeking an HR Administrator/Recruiter to support day-to-day people operations and full-cycle hiring for open roles. This onsite position in Long Beach, CA offers an hourly salary and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with matching, medical and vision coverage, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

You will own recruiting for open requisitions, source candidates, screen, interview, and partner with hiring managers on requirements and offers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience in HR/Recruiting.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• ADP knowledge is a major plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR assistance and recruiting support across the employee lifecycle.
• Support benefits questions and open enrollment.
• Update changes in the ADP Portal and run ADP reports for management.
• Assist with payroll operations and back-up timecards/payroll processes.
