  • Strong computer skills in PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Roles and Responsibilities
  • Proactively coordinate, manage, and drive the engagement and communication calendar for the applicable HR functions:
  • Provide overall office management and administrative duties such as phone coverage, call screening, calendar management, memos, and letters for Human Resources Department.
  • Direct business contacts to appropriate managers.
  • Coordinate schedules for hiring, training, all hands, round tables, and other HR related needs.
  • Prepare HR presentations, reports, spreadsheets, meeting minutes and other business information.
  • Provide discrete and confidential coordination of sensitive company information.
  • Anticipate needs and accomplish responsibilities without much direction or supervision.
  • Manage multiple projects and priorities and initiate follow-up to ensure timely achievement of commitments.
  • Provide support for HR functions including payroll, time keeping, benefits, employee hiring, onboarding, training, medical leave, and other HR duties as required.
  • Assist with employee relations and engagement activities.
Required Qualifications

Associate’s Degree or High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution
