HR MGMT 10, LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Lab Technician to support laboratory operations through accurate sample intake, routine testing, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. This role centers on performing microbiological and analytical testing, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and documenting results with precision.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with HPLC instrumentation and a disciplined approach to GLP, GDP, and cGMP guidelines.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED with 2+ years laboratory experience.
  • Degree in a scientific field with at least two laboratory-based courses.
  • Required: Hands-on experience operating HPLC instrumentation in a lab.
  • Experience in GLP, GDP, and cGMP is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience using HPLC and interpreting analytical data.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, log, and track incoming samples (raw materials, in-process, finished products).
  • Perform routine microbiological and analytical testing (pH, moisture, water analysis, FTIR, HPLC).
  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HPLC instrumentation and document results.
  • Prepare and maintain laboratory media, cultures, reagents, and testing materials.
  • Record testing data according to GLP, GDP, and cGMP standards.
  • Identify and escalate out-of-spec results to Lab Director.
