Breakthrough Productions Displays is seeking a Cabinet Finisher / HPL Laminator to join our fabrication team in a hands-on shop role. You will finish and laminate cabinets, countertops, displays, and exhibits, ensuring high-quality results and precise detailing.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of cabinet finishing experience, hands-on HPL application skills with Wilsonart/Formica, and strong ability to read shop drawings. This is a full-time on-site position in our North Carolina shop.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cabinet fabrication/finishing or similar
• Experience applying HPL (Wilsonart/Formica)
• Proficient with laminate tools and finishing techniques
• Strong attention to detail and quality control
• Ability to read shop drawings and measurements
• Able to work independently and as part of a fabrication team
• Experience with solid-surface materials is a plus

Responsibilities

• Apply HPL laminate to cabinets, countertops, panels, displays, and fabricated components
• Prepare substrates and finish surfaces, ensuring clean seams and edges
• Patch, sand, and finish components; inspect final pieces
• Read drawings and build plans to guide finishing
• Maintain clean, organized finishing area and assist fabrication teams
• Help with solid-surface fabrication when applicable

Cabinet Finisher / HPL LaminatorFull-Time | Immediate OpeningBreakthrough Productions is looking for an experienced Cabinet Finisher / HPL Laminator to join our fabrication team.This is a hands-on shop position focused on the finishing and laminating of custom cabinetry, countertops, displays, exhibits, and experiential builds.We are specifically looking for someone with experience working with High-Pressure Laminate (HPL) products such as Wilsonart, Formica, or similar architectural laminates.
