Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary technical liaison to ~500 scientists and engineers.
• Manage and deprovision user accounts for classified systems.
• Track, report, and reconcile CPU-hour usage.
• Allocate CPU hours according to government priorities.
• Assist in developing program plans and technical strategies.
• Maintain an electronic repository of proposals and contracts.
• Monitor performer progress and track deliverables.
• Produce analyses and impact assessments of research investments.
