Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.
• Minimum three years of system administration experience or eight years in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Provide support for implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
• Manage daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems.
• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.
