Job summary

Erias Ventures, LLC. is seeking a HPC - Software Integration Engineer to design, develop, and maintain integrations for Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) in a Linux environment.

This role requires a current Top-Secret/SCI with polygraph clearance and supports hybrid telework from Maryland. Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration with developers, admins, PMs, and mission customers, plus strong automation in Bash/Python/Groovy and Atlassian customization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field; 5–8 years of related experience or equivalent
• Experience integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in heterogeneous environments
• Experience with Linux CLI and scripting to automate tasks (Bash/Python/Groovy)
• Experience configuring and customizing Atlassian products for user needs
• Experience troubleshooting Atlassian integrations and validating performance and reliability

Description

We are seeking a Software Integration Engineer who shall be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tools and Services in support of the Atlassian’s suite of products (such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo) collectively known as SUBURBANDEVELOPMENT. The Software Integration Engineer shall work closely with cross-functional teams including software developers, system administrators, project managers, and mission customers to deliver seamless integrations that enhance productivity and streamline workflows.

This position allows for partial telework.

Clearance

A current Top-Secret/SCIwith polygraph security clearance (within 7 years) is required. Candidates cannot be sponsored or nominated for a government security clearance under this position.

Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience with integrating, installing, configuring, upgrading, compiling, and supporting COTS/GOTS software in a heterogeneous operating system environment or the individual shall have five (5) years full time Computer Science directly related work that can be substituted for a degree and have at least eight (8) years of demonstrable experience or an industry recognized professional certification, as defined in the TT0s, may substitute as one (1) year experience. A Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field may substitute for two (2) years' experience.

Required skills:

• Experience using the Linux CLI
• Experience writing scripts to automate tasks using Bash/Python/Groovy
• Experience configuring and customizing the Atlassian suite of products to meet the specific needs of users and organizations
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Atlassian integration failures, performance bottlenecks, or compatibility issues
• Experience testing Atlassian integrations thoroughly to validate functionality, performance, and reliability under various conditions
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to understand Atlassian integration requirements and mission needs

Desired skills:

• Familiar with sustaining mission applications deployed in a Unix environment
• Experience with interacting/training external customers
