Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a HPC & AI - Power & Cooling Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy for liquid cooling and power distribution solutions. The role focuses on RDHX, ARCS rack, DLC cold plates, CDUs, PDUs, and rack manifolds across the product lifecycle.

This hybrid position offers collaboration across global teams and requires you to design roadmaps, forecast demand, and orchestrate cross-functional delivery to ensure scalable HPC/AI performance.

The HPC & AI business group enables groundbreaking innovation with industry-leading technologies. Power and cooling are foundational to delivering high-performance, energy-efficient solutions for HPC and AI workloads. As a Product Manager for Power & Cooling, you will design, plan, develop, and manage a portfolio of advanced liquid cooling and power distribution solutions throughout the lifecycle—from new product definition and enhancements to planning, design, forecasting, production, and end of life.

Management Level Definition:

Contributions impact technical components of HPE products, solutions, and services regularly and sustainably. Applies advanced subject matter expertise to solve complex business and technical issues and is regarded as a subject matter expert. Provides expertise and partnership to functional and technical project teams and participates in cross-functional initiatives. Exercises significant independent judgment to determine the best methods for achieving objectives. May provide team leadership and mentoring to others.
