Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a senior leader to manage a team of software product managers for HPC/AI management and solution software. You will build a high‑performing PM organization and ensure high‑quality delivery across the software portfolio.

The role emphasizes coaching, cross‑functional alignment, and close collaboration with architects and engineering to drive execution in a hybride work setting (average 2 days per week in an HPE office).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in software product management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Leads and manages a team of software product managers, including hiring, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Sets clear goals, expectations, and accountability for the team, ensuring alignment with business and product objectives.
• Drives team performance and product execution, ensuring delivery of roadmaps, requirements, and outcomes.
• Conducts regular 1:1s, feedback, and career development planning.
• Guides product direction and priorities while coordinating across the portfolio.
• Enables team autonomy while supporting complex decisions and escalations.
• Establishes and maintains product management practices and operating rhythms.
• Coordinates across product managers to reduce duplication and conflicts.
• Pairs with Software Architects and Engineering to ensure feasible, aligned plans.
