Job summary

Acceler8 Talent is seeking an Engineering Manager in Fremont, CA to lead a growing HPC & AI infrastructure team. This hands-on leadership role will guide around 5 engineers while staying close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking and performance tuning.

You will drive GPU deployment, validation, and cluster software efforts across the stack. The ideal candidate has strong HPC/GPU infrastructure experience and engineering leadership skills, with familiarity with NVIDIA or AMD systems.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in HPC infrastructure or engineering leadership.
• Hands-on leadership role with involvement in architecture, deployment, benchmarking, and performance tuning.

Responsibilities

I’m hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a growing HPC & AI infrastructure team in Fremont, CA.

This is a hands‑on leadership role, initially managing around 5 engineers while staying close to architecture, deployment, benchmarking, performance tuning and customer escalations.

The company builds complete GPU compute and AI infrastructure, from high-performance servers and workstations through to racks, networking, storage and multi-node clusters.

You’ll work across:

• Slurm, InfiniBand & cluster software
• GPU deployment, validation and performance optimization
• AI, LLM inference and HPC workloads

Looking for someone with strong HPC/GPU infrastructure experience, engineering leadership skills and hands‑on familiarity with NVIDIA or AMD systems.

Fremont, CA — 5 days onsite

Base up to ~$180K (flexible)
