Job summary

Viridien is seeking an HPC/AI Technical Solution Engineer in Houston to design and deliver optimized cloud/infrastructure solutions for global customers. You will drive PoCs, collaborate with sales, and align technical outcomes with business goals.

You will work hands-on with Linux HPC/AI platforms, engage customers directly, and mentor teams to ensure scalable, high-performance deployments in cloud and on-prem environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in HPC/AI cloud infrastructure and customer-facing roles.
• Experience designing Linux-based HPC/AI architectures on prem or cloud.
• Knowledge of GPU apps, TCP/IP, RDMA, InfiniBand, MPI, and distributed storage.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver optimized HPC/AI architectures for customers.
• Lead PoCs to validate technical and commercial value.
• Support sales with technical proposals and pre-sales activities.
• Benchmark and tune performance of HPC workloads.
• Provide best-practice guidance for compute, GPU, storage, and networking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless implementation.
