Overview

Become a Part‑Time HP Retail Sales Associate! Pay: $16.00 per hour. Schedule: Up to 15 hours per week, Saturday/Sunday preferred. Flexible Fridays may be available. Location: Best Buy 1447 – Southaven, MS 38671 and surrounding office supply stores.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate HP products at Best Buy and surrounding office supply stores.
• Engage and build rapport with customers, creating a memorable experience.
• Maintain professional relationships with store management and employees.
• Train retail store associates on HP products and services.
• Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo‑readiness.
• Report competitive insights and sales activity to Retail Operations.
• Track and accurately communicate all activity.
• Keep workstation/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable.
• Submit all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Sell products and services in a retail store, kiosk, and/or event environments.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis.
• Assume courtesy in welcoming customers and offering assistance.
• Direct customers, assess needs, and suggest fit products.
• Advise customers by providing information on products and services.
• Build customer confidence to help make selections.
• Accurately document and report sales.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ensure work station/kiosk is clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of products and services.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Ability to maintain customer confidentiality.
• Experience demonstrating products or training other staff is a plus.
• 1‑year job experience required.
