Qualifications

• Experience operating HP Indigo presses (6800, 8000, 20000, Inkjet Printers).
• 1st and 2nd Shift Positions.
• Must Be a Certified Level One HP Operator.

Responsibilities

• Vet print files and job tickets with the front office before printing.
• Prepare files from the Pre-Press department through the DFE.
• Order supplies to keep Indigo machines operational.
• Perform maintenance on machines as needed.
• Keeps the HP uptime kit fully stocked and updated.
• Maintain quality of materials produced.
• Set up and change over press from one job to another.
• Load rolls onto press and unload finished rolls from press.
• Get ink, cores, and other supplies required.
• Responsible for waste of materials used in production.
• Notify supervisor when press equipment needs repair work.
• Adheres to the roll flagging policy.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment.
