Outlook Group is seeking a Digital Press Operator for 2nd shift in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role focuses on operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital presses to meet customer specifications, with emphasis on color management and quality standards.

You will work with pre-press, production, and finishing teams, ensuring efficient production, safety, and GMP compliance while maintaining production records and equipment upkeep.

• Mechanical skilled press professional with HP Indigo knowledge.
• Experience operating and maintaining HP Indigo digital presses.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Collaborates across pre-press, production and finishing teams; proactive communication.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and GMPs.

Mansioni

• Set up, operate, and monitor HP Indigo presses per job specifications.
• Load substrates and manage media handling through production runs.
• Perform DFE functions including color profile selection and ink density calibration.
• Conduct makereadies including substrate calibration and color adjustments.
• Maintain color accuracy with densitometers and spectrophotometers.
• Inspect printed output for defects and adjust as needed.
• Maintain production records and press performance data.
• Perform preventive maintenance on the HP Indigo press equipment.
• Diagnose and resolve press issues and interface with HP Indigo support.
• Monitor ink, substrates, and consumables for production needs.
• Coordinate with prepress, production, and quality assurance teams to meet deadlines.
• Follow safety protocols and GMPs; keep 5S compliant work area.

Formazione

HP Indigo Level 2 Certification

Minimum 2 years of HP Indigo press experience
