Qualifications

• Experience operating HP Indigo digital presses preferred.
• Experience with HP Indigo 6000 series printers highly desirable.
• Digital printing, labels or packaging experience is a plus.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Effective time-management and organizational skills.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate HP Indigo and/or UV digital printing technologies.
• Support color management and maintain consistent color quality.
• Collaborate with production team to produce high-quality labels and packaging.
• Monitor product quality and follow safety procedures and standards.
• Troubleshoot print and press issues and keep production running smoothly.
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Adapt to changing technologies, hardware, software, and processes.
• Communicate effectively with team members across departments.
• Provide high level internal customer service for production inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, team-oriented workplace.
