Qualifications

• 2+ years in warehouse operations, procurement, inventory planning, or supply chain roles.
• Experience leading warehouse staff and daily performance management.
• Ability to read design plans, construction documents, or project plans.

Responsibilities

• Own warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, inventory control, project staging, shipping, and material distribution.
• Develop and execute a warehouse and materials strategy to support installation volume and growth.
• Lead staff by setting priorities, monitoring performance, and ensuring safety and accuracy.
