Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Houston seeks a Site Coordinator to oversee daily site operations, shipping and receiving, and support the DCUS-HD Hägglunds Drives North America repair business.

You will manage repair schedules, maintain 5S standards, develop continuous improvement initiatives, and build strong customer relationships while ensuring compliance with Bosch Rexroth policies and ISO/HSE standards. Up to 5% travel required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• Five+ years of related operations experience.
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and MS Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily site operations, shipping and receiving, and support repair business.
• Coordinate repair schedules and ensure 5S and best-practice processes.
• Develop continuous improvement initiatives and monitor site performance.
• Maintain customer relationships and ensure captive reporting is accurate and timely.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO/HSE standards.
