Job summary

Bosch Rexroth in Houston seeks a Site Coordinator to oversee daily operations, shipping/receiving, and aftermarket service support for Hägglunds Drives North America. You’ll manage repair schedules, ensure 5S workplace practices, and drive continuous improvement while maintaining strong customer relations.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related field, 5+ years of operations experience, SAP knowledge, and travel up to 5%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering or Business Management.
• 5+ years of operations or sales experience.
• Knowledge of ERP SAP and MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent planning, organizational, analytical and communication skills.
• Up to 5% travel required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site operations and shipping/receiving for the Houston site.
• Oversee facility, HSE, and vendor support on a daily basis.
• Review and manage repair schedules and site coordination.
• Manage repair shop operations per 5S and best practices.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor site performance and report progress to stakeholders.
• Maintain strong customer relationships and meet customer needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and ISO/HSE standards.
• Back up the Grove City Repair Coordinator as needed.
• Support customer witness inspections of repairs.
