Bosch Rexroth Houston site is seeking a Site Coordinator to manage daily operations, shipping/receiving, and aftersales support for the Hägglunds drive repair business. You will coordinate with the Grove City team to ensure on-time repair schedules and maintain strong customer relationships.

The role requires a BS in engineering or related business field and 5+ years of operations/sales experience, with SAP knowledge and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 5% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited institution.
• Five or more years of operations or sales experience.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• Excellent planning, organizational and communication skills.
• Up to 5% travel required.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily site operations and shipping/receiving.
• Coordinate site activities with the Grove City team.
• Review and manage repair schedules and shop operations.
• Ensure adherence to 5S and continuous improvement.
• Maintain customer relationships and meet service requirements.
