Job summary

Flexcar is seeking a Site Manager to lead day-to-day operations at the Houston hub, ensuring operational excellence, cost control, and a stellar member experience. You’ll own P&L compliance, oversee fleet readiness, hiring and training, vendor relations, and drive KPIs like inventory availability, turnaround times, and NPS.

This onsite full-time role offers compensation in the range of $79,000–$108,000 plus bonus and benefits, with weekly pay and a path to leadership within the growing Flexcar

Qualifications

Experience leading operations at a site or hub.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
Able to analyze data and make cost-conscious decisions.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily hub operations including fleet readiness and scheduling.
Own full site performance including hiring, training, and leading the team.
Manage local P&L costs and drive profitability and growth.
Ensure service, fleet, member experience, and inventory are consistently executed.
Monitor KPIs: inventory availability, turnaround times, NPS, utilization, cost per mile.
Provide exceptional member experiences with clean cars and on-time orders.
