The role analyzes financial statements, forecasts, and collateral, prepares risk assessments, and contributes to policy compliance and reporting. Exempt status, on-site position, with strong growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree in business administration or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of credit experience with increasing responsibilities.
• Strong ability to analyze financial statements and assess risk.
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and professional reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial due diligence, analysis and underwriting of large/complex transactions.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare credit memorandums for loan requests.
• Prepare reports including borrower/guarantor profiles, industry conditions, projections, and collateral analysis.
• Attend meetings with borrowers to provide input on credit terms and assist in business development.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with applicable laws and bank policies.
