Ekspert Counsel in Houston, TX seeks a Real Estate Associate to join its office. Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school is required.
• Active Texas Bar admission required.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial real estate experience.
• Significant commercial leasing experience required.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills required.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial lease agreements and related documents.
• Represent landlords, tenants, developers, and property owners in leasing matters.
• Assist with purchase and sale agreements and closing documents.
• Review title commitments, policies, and surveys.
• Coordinate closings and manage post-closing obligations.
• Provide practical legal advice and collaborate across practice groups.
