Candidates should have 2+ years of commercial real estate experience and a proven ability to handle complex transactions across acquisition, development, leasing, financing, and disposition of diverse commercial properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial real estate experience.
• Active bar admission in Texas or eligibility to waive in.

Responsibilities

• Drafting & Negotiation: PSAs, closing documents and leases.
• Due Diligence: identify and resolve title and survey issues.
• Financing & Debt: advise on construction loans and mortgage debt.
• Entity Structuring: JV formation guidance.
• Transaction Management: manage transactions from inception to closing.
